The Aruba 501 Wireless Client Bridge is designed to extend wireless connectivity to devices that do not have built-in Wi-Fi capability. It allows seamless integration of legacy and Ethernet-based devices into modern wireless LAN environments.
This device connects up to 15 Ethernet-enabled devices or one RS-232 serial device to a wireless network. It is widely used in enterprise environments such as retail, healthcare, industrial automation, and office deployments.
The Aruba 501 supports IEEE 802.11ac dual-band operation with a single radio capable of up to 1.3 Gbps throughput using 3x3 MIMO technology, ensuring stable and fast connectivity.
It includes WPA2/AES encryption, 802.1X authentication, and hardware-accelerated encryption to ensure secure wireless communication and protection against unauthorized access.
An integrated RS-232 to TCP/IP converter enables legacy serial devices to communicate over IP networks, extending the usability of older equipment.
The device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing power and data transmission through a single cable, reducing installation complexity and cost.
Web-based configuration interface allows easy setup, monitoring, and management of the bridge in enterprise environments.
